Adult Source Media has acquired 34 titles produced by Japan-based studio, Ken Media.
The titles include the Magical Kanan, Vols. 1-4, Romance in the Flash of a Swor, Vols. 1-6 and Princess Memory, Vols. 1-2, among others.
“We are ecstatic to acquire these sought after series and introduce Anime Erotica, a new ASM label,” said Adult Source president Wendy Crawford.
“ASM will introduce all of these titles into the U.S. market throughout the course of 2006, as well as present them for worldwide distribution.”
John Amatucci, vice president of sales, said the new line will give the company new customers.
“Based on our research and previous experience, we felt adding a line with (a suggested retail price) of $14.99 would bring in new fans of the genre that have never watched hentai as well as provide an affordable option for existing fans,” he said.
The new titles include, Class Reunion Again, Vols. 1-2; MaMa, Vols. 1-2; Momiji, Vols. 1-4; Harvest Night, Vols. 1-2; Pianist, Momone, Chu 2, 2X1, Vols. 1-2; Dream Hazard, Dark Shell, Vols. 1-2; and Maids in Dream, Vols. 1-2.
