Adult Players Club released a free hosted blog, HardSexBlog.com, which the company described as a double-edged sword that serves as traffic trade and pays affiliates for sign-ups.
HardSexBlog works as a normal link exchange, but pays out $30 per console-free sign-up.
The blog promotes APC’s sites and produces an additional source of traffic for the program. Affiliate manager Dave Hall compared the blog to a low-maintenance, free hosted gallery.
“Imagine a free hosted gallery, but instead of affiliates sending traffic to the gallery, they send traffic to a blog,” he said. “Affiliates need not worry about hosting, updating, or any other hassles. They just send traffic and get paid.”
