Adult DVD Empire is proud to announce Empire Rental Rewards, the latest addition to their Adult DVD rental program. Empire Rental Rewards is a customer loyalty program that gives permanent subscription discounts to members based on how long they’ve used the rental program
“The goal is to make our program the most attractive rental program available to consumers,” Director of Marketing JT Smith told AVN.com “We wanted to offer something that no one else had.”
A permanent discount will be automatically applied to an Empire Rental customer’s account based on how many consecutive months they have been a member of the rental program. After they have completed three consecutive months of membership five percent discount towards future membership fees. After they have completed six consecutive months of membership 10 percent discount towards future membership fees, while after they have completed 12 consecutive months of membership 12 percent discount towards future membership fees.
The discounts are permanent and are automatically applied to customers’ accounts, so there’s no special program to sign up for. The only restriction is that you must complete consecutive months of membership to qualify for the three, six or 12-month discounts. Once someone cancels their rental account they will have to start from scratch if they choose to sign up again.
“This program will benefit loyal renters by giving them a discount to their monthly subscription,” Smith noted. “For example - some rental customers are using rental as a way to preview the titles they want to buy -- rent it first and if you like it, buy it. So they will most likely have memberships for long periods. If they rent from us, we'll make sure they see a return for their loyalty.”
“There are lots of places to rent adult DVDs out there,” agreed Mike Barry, Empire Director of Adult Operations. “We wanted to make sure we were offering customers more than just the best possible service available – we also wanted to offer the best possible deal on rental subscriptions.”
