Abbywinters.com, Wicked Pictures Ink Exclusive Distribution Deal

CHATSWORTH, Calif. – Abbywinters.com has signed an exclusive deal to distribute its content worldwide through Wicked Pictures. Encompassing all territories outside AbbyWinters' home base of Australia, the deal will begin with an immediate focus on DVD distribution, with a long-term aim of global distribution including VOD, cable, satellite, broadband, print and other media.

“Wicked Pictures is the perfect partner for us,” said Garion Hall, CEO of AbbyWinters.com. “With their reputation as a world-class producer, and the industry leader in adult movies, their attention to detail, their high ethical standards, and their excellent taste; Wicked is the best possible match for Abbywinters. I am wholeheartedly looking forward to working with them.”

“Amateur content is very strong in the market now, and falls outside of what Wicked produces,” said Steve Orenstein, CEO of Wicked Pictures. "Abbywinters has created a quality product in that genre. For this and many other reasons, we are looking forward to a long and profitable relationship distributing their products and working with their team.”

Abbywinters.com recently celebrated its seventh year in the adult industry. The Aussie all-girl site mixes amateur models — no makeup, airbrushing or scripting — with professional production standards.

“We’re planning to continue our ambitious schedule of DVD releases during 2008,” said DVD Producer and abbywinters.com Vice President Jo Mason. “We will be releasing at least ten new titles in the girl/girl series (being rebranded Abbywinters Girl-Girl Hardcore), and ten new Intimate Moments titles. We also have some great new projects in development that customers will be excited about.”

The first abbywinters DVD released through Wicked will be Girls Loving Girls, out in February 2008. All existing Abbywinters DVDs in print will also be available from Wicked, starting in mid-January.

The agreement will be signed at the abbywinters.com booth at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in January in Las Vegas.
