AVN legal editor Mark Kernes goes to VCA this morning to verify the Marc Wallice HIV test papers submitted by Dr. Mark Henrickson of the Northeast Valley Health Corporation [NEVHC].
According to Kernes, there was a miscommunication between him and Wallice resulting in Wallice's calling Gene Ross twice on Friday asking where Kernes was. Wallice was under the impression that Kernes was going to be at VCA to check the papers to determine if they were the real McCoy. Kernes, who was on another editorial assignment on Friday, said that Wallice was allowed to be mad at him.
Kernes: "Wallice was supposed to call me last Thursday and let me know what was going on. Wallice was supposed to call the clinic and get them to release the papers. [Which Wallice did, but, evidently, without telling Kernes that he did.] I called him [Wallice] at VCA Friday morning around 11:15. Wallice didn't answer his page."
In fact, Kernes is saying he'd be happy if it could be established, conclusively, that Wallice didn't doctor his tests as he's been accused of doing.
