The special pre-nomination Website for the 2006 AVN Awards will shut down at 9 a.m. Monday morning, Oct. 10.
That morning is also the deadline for producers to submit two DVD copies of any titles they wish to be considered for nominations, as well as samples of materials used in marketing campaigns if seeking consideration in those categories.
“After 9 o’clock Monday morning, the site will no longer operate, so we’re asking everybody to please enter their pre-noms before that time,” said Heidi Pike-Johnson, AVN senior associate editor.
The site, www.avnawards.com/nominations, can only be accessed with a special user name and password which will be provided to qualified producers and performers when they email Pike-Johnson at [email protected].
Final nominations will be announced in November. The 23rd annual AVN Awards show will be held Jan. 7, 2006, at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.
