AMERICAN WEB PORN OWNER BUSTED IN CAMBODIA

Just a week after Cambodia's minister of women's affairs called for it, Cambodian police made it happen: they arrested an American for operating a Web site which violated Cambodian laws on obscenity and exploiting women.

Fox Market Wire reports Dan Sandler was arrested Wednesday, with Sandler quoted in a Cambodian newspaper as saying he used photographs of ethnic Vietnamese rather than Cambodian women to avoid angering Phnom Penh.

Sandler may be deported, after talks between Cambodian and American embassy officials, Fox says. If the case goes to court and Sandler is convicted, under Cambodian law he could face up to five years in prison.

Last week, Minister of Women's Affairs Mu Sochua filed a complaint to the ministries of justice and the interior, calling on authorities to prosecute Sandler.
