Long-awaited and long-delayed, the newest branch of Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Group (AIM) opened today in Woodland Hills.rnrn
"The place looks great; we've got one exam room ready and one to go," AIM co-founder Sharon Mitchell told AVN.com, relieved. The branch's opening was delayed as the building was brought up to code, most recently with telephone wiring.rnrn
AIM provides free, state sponsored STD panels to all comers, with a focus on members of the adult industry, who require negative panel and HIV results to work. AIM's first location is eight miles east on Ventura Blvd.rnrn
"It's just the little stuff we needed to pass inspection," Mitchell said, adding: "I never want to be involved with building contractors ever again."rnrn
Mitchell spoke from amid opening day festivities, which included liberal doses of information as well as door prizes like French ticklers and flavored lube from Doc Johnson. "We really want the people in the West Valley to come by, because we did it for you."rnrn
