Adult talent agency AGP Models has merged with fellow adult talent representatives Adult Staffing Services (ASS Inc.), AGP announced May 5. Since November of 2003, discussions about joining forces to provide a higher level of service for both production companies and talent alike have been under way. By combining AGP Models' expertise in talent and promotional management with ASS Inc.'s technology, marketing and vision, AGP Models hopes to set a new standard for recruiting, managing and booking talent in the adult industry.
"Clearly, with what is happening in the industry right now, there is a need to set new standards for ourselves," AGP Models founder Joey Serio said in a statement. "We recognized this before the current crisis and started thinking about what would need to be done to ensure that the industry could stay strong. We decided to merge with ASS Inc. because they have been working towards the same goals, and it simply just made sense to work together since changing how this industry does things is not simple."
The management team at ASS Inc. has several years? experience in adult film production, and know first-hand some of the pitfalls that many producers face. Their goal is to give the production companies what they want from a talent agency: professional, dependable, and reliable models. ASS Inc. also addresses some of the critical business concerns that production companies face, such as accurate documentation, production payroll, and worker safety.

ASS Inc. gives production clients access to a Web-based application to process talent bookings; manage production information and scheduling; as well as have access to their multimedia talent press kits. These press kits include talent statistics, availability, bare and glamour photosets, streaming interviews and promotional scenes, and screen tests featuring talents' previous work. The press kits are updated on a regular basis to ensure producers that the talent they see is the talent that shows up for the project. Additionally, ASS Inc. provides custom casting services and recruiting programs specific to their client's project needs, lowering their cost to hire talent for recurring projects and providing additional value to their production with added content.
