When invited to the set of Jack the Zipper's follow-up to his mind-blowing debut effort Stuntgirl (which received a AAAAA Editor's Choice review from this critic in the November 2004 AVN, as well as a ton of AVN Awards nominations, the outcome of which were still sealed at press time), there was no way to anticipate what to expect. This is a director, after all, who shot sex scenes in NYC's Chelsea Hotel, who staged an Eyes Wide Shut-style orgy at a real swingers club, who has God-knows-what up his sleeve next.
Well whatever is up his sleeve, it is happening not at a swingers club or a famous hotel or any other such grand locale. No, this evening's scene is to be shot in a garage behind a small house in L.A.'s Los Feliz district. Of course, to walk into the garage is to step through a portal into a very different world, indeed: Everything is red, seedy-looking. A giant poker table dominates the center of the room, chips strewn all over it. In one corner, a vintage TV broadcasts static, while across from it, a thick rope hangs from the ceiling and a strobe light flutters.
Enter the poker players: Alec Knight, who sits in a huge wicker chair at the head of the table, a stocking covering his head, Jassie, Jayna Oso and adult veteran Dee. Meanwhile, in the corner with the rope and strobe light, Kimberly Kane does a slow dance as the game begins.
Before long, the girls' clothes come off, and they move to an adjacent couch, where one the of most amazing lez scenes this writer has ever witnessed takes place. Director Jack keeps instructing Dee to slap Oso a little harder on the ass, something to which Oso is plenty receptive, telling Dee, "Don't worry about it, you can't hurt me."
Jassie, Dee and Jayna slopping at each other's cunts for a good 45 minutes or so - sometimes you have to wonder how you could possibly be watching what you're watching. Like you have to pinch yourself, you know?
Anyway, after that grand spectacle, Dee and Oso move on to performing a double b.j. on man meat, while Kane looks on from the couch and masturbates. And the scene winds down.
Jack the Zipper, however, does not. He is ready to keep going and going into the night, with whatever is next up his sleeve.
Look for Stuntgirl 2 from Clockwork Pictures/Hustler Video popping a wheelie onto shelves this month.
