PORN VALLEY—Octopussy was certainly one of the worst James Bond movies ever made, even with Maud Adams as the female lead and Kristina Wayborn as her No. 1 assistant—which only made it that much more ripe for parody. And who better to give it a shot than New Sensations, which scored three Best Parody noms going into the 2010 AVN Awards show?
But the scions at NS have taken this parody to the next level: It's in 3D!
"We've teamed up with a company called Funky Monkey Media; they do strictly 3D productions," said New Sensations publicist Janeen Gensen. "The gentleman who owns Funky Monkey has been involved in doing mainstream 3D products for quite a while. He has moved into doing adult, so the first release that's going to come out is a play off of the James Bond movie Octopussy. I think that means we'll be the first ones to have a 3D feature out in the market."
Octopussy 3D was helmed by a newcomer to adult, Funky Monkey's Jay Lalls, and stars Audrey Bitoni in the title role—though we're guessing those aren't all her hands grabbing at Danny Mountain's Bond character on the movie poster. Also in the cast are Phoenix Marie, Aletta Ocean, Priya Rai, Chrissy Lynn and Dylan Riley.
The movie will be released in a box set containing both an anaglyph (red/blue) 3D version as well as regular 2D, and will include two pairs of anaglyph glasses—but if you've already got a pair of glasses lying around the house, why not check out the movie's 3D trailer?
