TAMPA, Fla. — The 29th annual NightMoves Awards announced their winners on Sunday evening at Thee Manor Gentlemen’s Club.
The NightMoves Awards Weekend started on Wednesday, Oct. 6, as Silks Adult Entertainment Club hosted a “Pre-Party” for all nominees. The following day stars arrived from across the country and that evening traveled to Omnia Blue Gentlemen’s Club in St. Petersburg. The next evening 4-Play Gentlemen’s Club hosted the stars and Saturday half went back to Silks and the others visited 2001 Odyssey in Tampa.
“Last year we were the only live adult awards show, expo or convention in the USA," said Paul Allen, owner of Nightmoves Multi-Media, Inc. "We are very proud that we pulled that off with no Covid-19 outbreaks or anybody getting sick. This year our event was bigger and better than ever. We had a fantastic group of stars ranging from adult film stars, to directors, to feature entertainers. All of the clubs we visited were packed with people. Our sponsors were amazing and I am very proud of what we have accomplished the past 29 years. Next year will be a big one … NightMoves XXX … Thirty years of bringing the top names in the adult industry to Tampa Bay, Florida … we are super excited!"

NightMoves Magazine started in 1988 and the first NightMoves Awards happened in 1993. It is the third oldest and continuously running adult awards show in the United States, trailing only the AVN Awards in Las Vegas and the “industry only” XRCO Awards in Los Angeles. Fans and industry people were able to log their votes for their favorite adult performers, directors, films, and feature dancers at NightMoves.xxx.
Local (Tampa Bay) people voted for their favorite clubs, video stores, dancers, bartenders and DJ’s. The voting period ran from July 15 to September15; only one vote allowed per IP address and a legal ballot must have votes in at least six categories.
In addition to the Fan Awards, the show presents Editor’s Choice awards, based on reviews of DVDs in which nominated performers have appeared.
