The crowd squeezed twelve deep on either side of the 2007 AVN Awards red carpet. Jesse Jane worked her MC magic for Playboy TV and was almost drowned in the tide of paparazzi. Flash bulbs popped like something out of a Fellini movie. Big Black of MTV's "Rob and Big" kept things real…and real calm. Rock guitarist Dave Navarro was among the first celebrities to walk the line, as a waiting throng of porn starlets and studs swelled at the gate.
