XVideos Dives Into Social Media

CHATSWORTH, Calif.—XVideos is joining the social media sphere with what it is calling a "cinematic event" that draws its inspiration through the lens of "luxury and high-concept art."

XVideos said its aim is to "create curated content that resonates with adult culture and lifestyle."

The tube site is kicking off its new social media presence with its first video in a forthcoming series, beginning with "a clandestine exchange of an alluring briefcase" between two women.

The company said the content in the campaign will advance the story of the mysterious briefcase changing hands multiple times—all while featuring several top adult industry talent.

"We are setting our sights on gaining traction on major social media platforms by collaborating with adult influencers and utilizing the hashtag #whatsinsidexv to continue the ongoing mystery and excitement surrounding our debut in the world of mainstream media," the company said in announcing the campaign.
