PirouVR App Allows Couples to Act Out Sexual Fantasies

LOS ANGELES — PirouVR is a UK startup based in London that was founded in 2020 during the global pandemic to help couples and individuals with issues connected to isolation. The company has reported month on month growth since its inception. It now hosts more than 1,500 VR videos with an additional 12 movies added daily.

PirouVR said it has been "helping couples keep their love life alive by allowing them to act out their wildest desires."

With the aid of a VR headset, or smartphone, users are able to stream thousands of movies from an array of different scenarios. Content is hosted from top VR porn studios such as VRBangers, VirtualRealSex, WankzVR and NaughtyAmericaVR.

Black mirror episode “Striking Vipers” follows two male friends who reconnect over a virtual reality fighting game. One of them takes on the persona of a female combatant, the other a male. They begin having virtual sex inside the game. The company said PirouVR allows the user and his partner to take on different gender roles, interact in group relationships, experiment with sexual orientation, change the color of his avatar, or experiment with cosplay.

“Our site has really helped couples to keep the fire in their relationship burning,” said Edward French of PirouVR. “They can each experience any scenario they can envisage through our app, either wearing a headset at the same time, or taking it in turns and all in the privacy of their own bedroom.”
