BUCHAREST, Romania—Studio 20, which bills itself as the the first cam studio franchise in the world, reported it’s reached $9 million dollar in profit in 2016.
“Studio20 has managed, through its online entertainment services offered by their 500 cam models, to reach $9 million turnover in 2016,” said Robert Vanderty, Studio 20 manager.
The studios that brought the largest income were the three ones from Bucharest, with 60 percent of the total business; those were followed by Cluj, Timisoara, Craiova, Cali (Colombia) and Los Angeles. Those who have accessed Studio 20 most often are senior managers who work in the IT field as well as bankers, actors, dancers and singers, mostly in the age range of 25 and 55 years old.
Visitors come from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, the Netherlands and the Nordic countries.
Studio 20 Men, opened last year in Bucharest, has exceeded the threshold of $5,000 per month, just three months since opening.
“Studio 20 Men has done the impossible. We did not expect the cam studio opened in November to succeed through 15 male models and to exceed $19,000 after the first three months,” Vanderty said.
A new Studio 20 franchise opened at the beginning of March in Oradea. More than 100,000 Euros were invested in the new glamour studio and hopes are that by the end of this year it will have a monthly income of $50,000.
“We hope to have sales of approximately $50,000 per month with the new Studio20 in Oradea, up to the end of 2017, following that in 2018 Studio 20 Oradea will successfully contribute with over $600,000 to the turnover of the entire Studio 20 Cam Studio Franchise,” said Andra Chirnogeanu, PR and marketing manager for Studio 20.
There will be more than 30 girls working in the new cam studio. Studio 20 Oradea is located in the central part of the city. The space has 14 tastefully decorated rooms on various topics, specific to the studio franchise glamour.
“We are already in the preparation for the following two cities where we will open the studios: Ploiesti and Brasov, and we’re also working at the completion of the contract for the Studio 20 Budapest. We’re expanding fast and we’re going big. It’s not easy and it’s a lot of work but when you’re passionate about something you do it with a smile on your face,” said Andra.
