Mini-Me Sues Former Girlfriend

LOS ANGELES - Jut weeks after settling his $20 million federal lawsuit against celebrity news website TMZ.com, celebrity sex tape broker Kevin Blatt and adult rental website SugarDVD, Verne Troyer has filed another suit.

This time, the actor best known for his Mini-Me character in the Austin Powers movies, Troyer has filed a $20 million federal lawsuit against his former girlfriend and co-star in a sex tape, Ranae Shrider. Troyer accuses Shrider of battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

"When you pick up a 2'8" human being and throw him to the floor, it hurts," Ed McPherson, Troyer's attorney, told TMZ.

Also named in the suit is Holly Bannon, Shrider's manger, and others, including a lawyer who reportedly tried to broker the sale of the sex tape. Neither Bannon nor Shrider were immediately available for comment.

In the lawsuit, Troyer reportedly claims Shrider once picked the lock to his room, pushed away his motorized scooter and threw him to the floor. Shrider and Troyer did live together during their relationship, but Shrider recently moved out.
