LOS ANGELES—Addi Lee remembers feeling stuck on the daily grind of a 9-to-5, knowing she wanted more.
“I knew I was meant to do something that I loved but wasn't sure what that was yet,” Lee says.
“When I started following a girl on social media, I noticed that she would post about her going live on MFC. I was intrigued and started watching her live shows.”
Before that, the Michigan native didn’t know that webcamming existed.
“Then I started watching other rooms, and seeing how much fun they seemed to be having and how much money these girls were making,” Lee continues. “I sat back and thought to myself... that could be me and I wanted that for myself.”
Then she took action.
“I was so miserable at my bank job that I decided that next day to go into work and quit,” Lee says. “After my full shift, I closed the bank and I left my keys on the counter with a note that says ‘I quit’ and I never looked back.”
Now Addi is a seasoned professional cam model on MyFreeCams with an adoring fanbase that comes to her room to unwind, laugh and watch her shenanigans as she shares both her naughty and nice sides on a daily basis.
In this exclusive Q&A for CAMStar accompanied by 12 pages of photography by Keith Ryan, Addi shares some of the wisdom she’s gained along the way, discusses her favorite summer activities and reveals what she’s probably listening to when she's working out, among other things.

CS: Where were a couple of the restaurants that you worked at? Which one did you enjoy the most?
AL: I used to work at an Applebee’s and a local pizza joint. If I had to pick, working at Applebee’s was my favorite. Not so much the job, but the people that I worked with at that restaurant always made it fun. It was a good crew and made the day go by quickly.
About how long did you work at the bank?
I only worked as a bank teller for about six months. I already knew about a month in that this job wasn’t the best fit for me. I only stayed that long because I felt stuck and needed the money. Thank goodness that changed!
How did you find MFC?
MyFreeCams was the very first webcamming website I came across. I did a lot of research on other camming platforms and I didn't think they were the best fit for me and what I wanted out of a website. I realized that MFC seemed to have the most traffic, the most interactive members, and the way they promoted their girls gave me the push to make MFC my home. I wanted a place that I could really express myself as a model and have no limits on doing that.
How did you develop your camming routine?
In all honesty, it took me a while to find a camming routine that worked best for me. I tried a bunch of different log-in times/days but I personally found being consistent and logging online each day is what has been the most successful, not necessarily the time of day. I like to log online late afternoon and cam into the evening.
What were you doing on cam when you received your amazing 55,001 token tip?
As crazy as it sounds... not much of anything! I logged on to MFC that Friday and I was getting everything set up for the show. I knew that day that I wasn't going to be able to stay online for long but I wanted to make sure I made an appearance. The room was still pretty empty with a few of my regulars there and my one regular asked me if "I was ready?” I had no idea what he meant by that and then BOOM! That tip came across the screen and I was in complete shock. It's still surreal to me that I have people in my life that think I'm worth THAT much. A tip like that is insane and it overwhelms me with gratitude. I'll never be able to express the love and feeling of receiving a tip like that.
How did you like doing your rave party 12-hour stream?
I loved it! For my 12-hour stream, I wanted to do something different that would catch people's attention. I never attended an actual rave so I thought why not host my own rave party on cam? I had my rave outfit, blacklight, body paint, Jell-O shots, and more! It took me a lot of planning but I think everyone really loved the creativity that I put into that last show. I brought something a little different to the table. I even tried to hula hoop but found out I wasn't the greatest at that.
How many times have you done one of those? What goes into your planning? How challenging is it to cam for 12 hours straight?
I've done two 12-hour camming sessions. Each of those times is when I went for Miss MFC Top 100. Since I live on the East Coast, the month doesn't end until 3 a.m. for me. To make sure I hit my goal, I planned to stay online from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m. to close out the month. I like to plan all of my cam shows but when I'm online for 12 hours, I need to make sure I have plenty of ideas for countdowns and other things to keep everyone entertained. I'm a paper and pen kinda girl, so I'll make full lists of countdowns, outfits, high-tip prizes, etc. Staying online for that long is extremely difficult, especially when I'm not a night owl. I make sure that I have quick and easy meals to eat, lots of energy drinks and usually take the next day off to relax and regroup. Luckily I have members who keep me hyped up the whole time I'm online. If I didn't have them it would probably be a lot harder to stay online that long.
How do you use MFC Share? What kind of clips do you like to make? Which type of clip is your most popular?
I love MFC Share! It has changed the way I sell my video clips and makes it easy to have everything in one place. I also use it to sell custom clips, my tip menus, and even mailed items. For my clips, I love making a little bit of everything so that when someone comes to my Share page they can find something that they will be into. I love making artsy/teasey videos but I also love filming just me getting down to the good stuff. My most popular clips are probably a mix of those two. Where I start the clips being teasey and sensual and then get to the part of me pleasuring myself. I think those sell the best, the best of both worlds!
Name three things that you love…
My three things I love have to start with my Pomeranian, Teddy! He is my absolute world. I would do anything for that dog. My second thing would have to be pasta of any kind. I'm such a pasta junkie. It's my weakness with spaghetti and meatballs being my favorite. Lastly, I love when people go out of their way for others or animals. This world needs more compassion and kindness and when I see others project that, it warms my heart.
What is your greatest achievement so far?
In my camming career, finishing Miss MFC Top 100 twice in a matter of five months is probably my greatest achievement. Also being in this issue of CAMStar is such a blessing! Outside of cam though, I would say my greatest achievement is being able to live the lifestyle that I've always wanted. I also bought my first new car that I finally replaced for my high school car that my parents bought for me. It feels great that I can take care of myself and do what I want in life with such freedom.
What’s next for you?
I'm so excited for the future because I can see that it's bright. I have a few things that I hope I can accomplish with certain photoshoots and more goals within the camming community. I feel like I'm now getting to where I want to be in my career and it feels amazing that everything is falling into place. I don't see me slowing down now. I can't wait to see all that my future holds.
