LOS ANGELES—Pineapple Support, the adult industry’s leading mental health nonprofit, on Tuesday welcomed LiveJasmin as a bronze-level sponsor. The live cam site joins more than 60 adult businesses and organizations in committing funds and resources to the organization.
"LiveJasmin began in 2001 and since then, we have been pioneering the live cam industry," says Zsolt Theiss-Balazs, chief product officer of LiveJasmin. "By partnering with Pineapple Support, not only are we able to represent our models in the industry but also to support all those active in the adult business. Our dedication to the premium services our models offer is not only to guarantee the quality of said services but also to ensure they always feel safe and supported."
Pineapple Support was founded by British performer Leya Tanit in 2018, after a string of losses in the adult industry from depression and other mental illnesses. The organization, a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in the United States, has connected more than 10,000 adult performers to mental health services, including free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support.
“I’m beyond thankful to LiveJasmin for their support and sponsorship,” says Tanit. “When brands with such a well-known, global reputation as LiveJasmin back our cause, it sends a very strong message to the industry that we need to all play a part in helping to keep the adult industry safe and healthy. I’d like to thank LiveJasmin and all the team behind the brand for their contribution.”
