Kimberly Kane Launches Mobile App

LOS ANGELES—AVN Award-winning performer/director Kimberly Kane offers her fans a new way to enjoy her many attributes wherever they go with her own mobile app, KaneApp, launching today.

Compatible with all major platforms including iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone and Kindle Fire, KaneApp gives subcribers access to a vast library of photos Kane has collected over her 10 years in the industry both of herself and from her behind-the-lens portfolio, regularly updated every few days.

"It's awesome. I'm so excited," Kane told AVN. "I think this could possibly be the future of solo girl sites in a way—an app button on your phone that costs just as much as you would pay to not hear commercials on Pandora. It has all my film [stills] and photos from the past, all in galleries, and you just skim through it on your iPhone or iPad or computer or whatever. And you have the ability to 'like' photos, you have the ability to tweet them out, to share them, and it's very well done and very clean."

Kane was inspired to pursue this venture, she said, by the success she saw photo site DrivenByBordom.com reap from its own similar app, built by the same same company, Findrow.

Kane concluded, "I think, personally for me, this could be the future, to have your favorite porn star's content or your favorite model's content right at your fingertips on your phone. Just a little discreet app button."

KaneApp is available at a monthly subscription rate of $5.99, or $10.99 for a six-month subscription, or $18.99 for a year.
