Jelena Jensen Re-Launches Site, Goes Hardcore

LOS ANGELES - Softcore adult model Jelena Jensen is going hardcore on her website.

The move comes after a half-dozen years as a softcore model solo and girl-girl, building up a loyal fan base.

"I've been modeling since early 2003, launched my website in 2004 and have been running it myself since 2005," Jensen told AVN.com Thursday. "After doing softcore all these years, I'm going to hardcore boy-girl."

Jensen will launch hardcore content — only available to members of her site, Jelena Jensen.com  — with a live broadcast on Monday, June 22 at 9 p.m. EST.

Jensen will only have one partner, her significant other "Nick Phoenix," who used to be Matt Erickson and previously appeared in just a few scenes with Sunny Leone in Sunny Loves Matt.

"I'm not really big fan of, never wanted to do gonzo with everyone in the adult industry — not that there's anything wrong with that," Jensen told AVN.com. "I'm very monogamous, very committed.  I'm conservative that way. I've never been in a position to do something like this, doing scenes with somebody I'm involved with.

"I know that my decision to shoot hardcore may come as a surprise to some, but it’s definitely the next path I will be going down," she said. "I’ve been a glamour model shooting only softcore solo and girl-girl content for over six years and it’s time to start a new chapter in my career."

Jensen said she fell into the business while she was completing a film and television production degree at Chapman College in Orange, Calif. She graduated magna cum laude and never had aspirations to work in the adult industry.

"I realized I could make a career out of it," she said. "But I didn't know what my plans were down the road, so I didn't want to just jump into hardcore and ruin something."

Jensen has been the host of Playboy TV’s "Totally Busted," has modeled for Playboy, Penthouse and Hustler, is an Andrew Blake model and was the first Danni Girl for Danni.com. Also, she's been a Twistys Treat and the official interviewer for Twistys.com.

Jensen makes it clear the hardcore material will only appear on her site.

"I'm not going to be shooting for other companies. I actually run the site myself and don't have a webmaster.  This way, I have control of where it goes and what's done with it," she said. "I've actually been shooting content and stockpiling it for over a year. I didn't want to release any of it right away because I wanted to give myself some time to see if this was the direction I wanted to go and also to see if I was going to be comfortable with it.

Jensen arrived at her decision based on a poll she conducted a few months back in her members era.

"I asked about what they would like to see — start doing hardcore or remain softcore," she said. "The poll results proved that I had a lot more fans and members wanting to see me do hardcore than I had originally thought. Why not give the fans what they want? I also haven’t used toys on camera in years and just started using them in live shows and content as well. So, the new site offers a lot of exclusive, never-before-seen content of me. And I thought since this is such a huge deal for my fans, why not start it off with a bang by doing a live event?"

Jensen has revamped her tour of the site, with plans to launch the hardcore content after the live show.

"I update the site six days a week and it obviously won't all be boy-girl; I have a large following that doesn't care to see me in that sense and I'm still going to be who I am today," she said. "I still enjoy doing the glamour, shooting the artistic and fetish stuff that I do."

Webmasters interested in becoming affiliates may visit Jensen's program, JelenaDollars.com.

"My site's been converting like crazy right now," she said. "The new tour's been converting at a really high rate. A lot of people have written me, very excited I'm making the move."
