LOS ANGELES—iWantEmpire fetish artist PrincessCamryn and iWantEmpire brand ambassador and adult star, Wesley Woods, will be participating in panels at the Phoenix Forum this Friday. The two panels will be a part of Cam U, a series of educational sessions at the Phoenix Forum, dedicated to the business interests of cam performers, broadcasters and hosts.
Woods will participate in the “What Models Want” panel from 10 to 10:45 a.m. in the Palm F room of the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel, 60 E. Fifth St., Tempe, AZ 85281. The seminar will focus on the importance of picking a cam network or studio as a partner as well as what models look for when choosing between available platforms, importance of the technology behind cam platforms, and how much models must consider how well they’re treated by network and studio staff.
“I’m looking forward to sharing my experience and comments with other panel members at this exciting discussion,” Woods said. “Being a part of iWantEmpire with their intuitive platforms and artist services, has shown me firsthand the value of being with the right brand, the right network, and being able work with great people in a supportive environment.”
Princess Camryn will participate in the “#MeToo and Live Cams:” panel to be held from 1 to 1:45 p.m. in the Palm F room. The event will discuss the impact the #MeToo movement has had on the adult industry and how might it continue to force new dialogues and changes to the status quo.
“I’m very honored to join this very important panel and share my thoughts on such a timely subject,” PrincessCamryn said. “We are at a very pivotal point in history where we can make powerful decisions which will impact the way women are treated and perceived moving forward.”
The two panels, featuring several other panelists from a variety of brands, will be moderated by Dr. Chauntelle Tibbals, an accomplished author and noted sociologist specializing in gender, sexualities, work and organizations, media and technology, and popular culture.
“When reflecting on issues impacting performers and models, it’s always best to go to the source. I’m very excited to help create space for a seminar that’s doing just that,” said Tibbals, who co-organized the event. “‘What Models Want’ is a unique opportunity for people in the industry to learn directly from models, including Wesley Woods, which is hugely significant.”
Tibbals added: “It’s almost impossible to fully articulate the impact #MeToo has had on wider society, but rarely do we hear anything about the ways this movement has impacted adult industry spaces. I am very excited to deep dive into this issue with some truly insightful members of the community, including PrincessCamryn.”
