CYBERSPACE—The first SexTech Summit, an online event designed to bring together decision makers and C-level exectives from the sextech industry, is gearing up to unfold June 15-17.
The goal of the conference, according to organizers, is to "create a common vision on how sexual technology can become a part of the medical, healthcare, wellness, femtech and consumer electronics markets."
The three-day program, powered by main sponsor Satisfyer, will include C-level panel talks and keynotes, a Start-Up Award show, and a series of masterclasses.
Daniela Maerklin, chief marketing officer at Satisfyer, will join the event to discuss with other cross-industrial experts the challenges and opportunities within the the sexual wellness ecosystem and address the key issues of scaling a sextech business. She will also lend her support to the SexTech Startup Award 2021, which "seeks to recognize and reward outstanding startups and ecosystem enablers that are contributing to economic dynamism by spurring innovation and injecting competition," press materials explain.
Commented Maerklin, "It is indeed important to join the SexTech Summit! It is the only cross-industrial event where you can find investors, decision-makers and C-level executives from the non sextech industries in one place."
Megwyn White, director of education at Satisfyer and certified clinical sexologist, will bring her expertise to the panel talks on day one, and a masterclass by orgasm activist Venus O'Hara will be held on day three.
The event is hosted by Wear It Berlin, the agency behind the Wear It Innovation Summit, a top European platform for innovation in wearable technology.
