iP4Play Giving Away iPod Touch, Accepting Talent Submissions

LOS ANGELES—iP4Play has announced the opening of an international billing platform that will allow entertainers the ability to bill viewers for their time on Apple’s iPhone 4 and iPod Touch.

“We opened this business a month ago to prove this innovative concept, which we feel we’ve more than successfully done,” said Travis Falstad, co-founder and managing director of iP4Play. “At this point, we’re supply constrained, so opening the platform adds variety, which users tell us they overwhelmingly want.”

To commemorate the introduction of the new platform, iP4Play will be giving away 25 units of the Apple iPod Touch and ninja stars (shuriken) to select entertainers who submit talent applications in order to help them start their iP4Play FaceTime business. iP4Play will also be awarding one iPod Nano per day for the rest of September to a random user who orders a show.

“Thus far, both our entertainers and users tell us that the iP4Play blows away the traditional webcam product because we utilize two-way video and audio,” said Falstad. “Further, since we’re the first and only company doing this, we’ve got the market to ourselves. Thus, we’re able to send a lot of traffic to entertainers that come on board. Because of this enhanced user experience, we’re able to charge a stronger dollar per minute than traditional webcam, thus translating into higher earnings for our entertainers.”

iP4Play was founded earlier this year to leverage the bleeding edge of technology and marry it to one of the oldest professions imaginable: adult entertainment.
