LOS ANGELES—The Free Speech Coalition (FSC) and xHamster will host a webinar titled “Shooting Like a Studio on an Amateur Budget” for amateurs and performers at 11 a.m. PT on Thursday, Sept. 24.

The virtual seminar, held as part of the FSC's Inspire series of workshops, will be hosted by FSC Industry Relations Advocate Lotus Lain and feature Fivestar, the award-winning Kink.com director and Luster Productions founder; Mark Stones, professional video instructor and content creator for Jolla PR and SoyMarkStones premium accounts; and Siouxsie Q, performer and co-owner of PegHim.com.

“xHamster has been a leading platform for content creators, and we’re excited to partner with them for this important Inspire webinar,” Lain said. “Our goal with Inspire has always been to empower performers, and having financial independence through self-production is critical to that end.”

The workshop, sponsored by xHamster, will feature tips and techniques for improving home and self-production, including lighting, editing, equipment and software. The event will also focus on the xHamster Content Creators Program—a new program that allows independent content creators to receive 100 percent of advertising revenue from their content. The program also provides an opportunity to cam, monetize video content and promote personal fan accounts.

“Performers now create more content than traditional producers,” said Alex Hawkins, vice president of xHamster. “As a company, we want to help them grow and thrive. Independent creators have an authenticity that can’t be matched, but they don’t always have the technical prowess of studios. This workshop can help change that.”
