LAS VEGAS—The model known as xMissLeex admitted she felt “spoiled” by the second private party in two nights hosted by MyFreeCams at Vinyl.
“We’re spoiled little brats,” she said Friday as dozens of her fellow MFC girls poured into the cozy nightclub at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for an exclusive event that without question turned into one of highlights of the week at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo.
MyFreeCams took over the entire venue, inviting the hundreds of MFC models who came to Vegas this week to unwind with another open bar, trays of tasty hors d’oeuvres and Chicago-based DJ Avi Sic throwing down a hard-hitting mix of hip-hop.
But xMissLeex couldn’t help but be extra excited for the night’s special musical guest who was only revealed hours earlier to the MFC community—platinum recording artist Flo Rida was en route.
“My mom almost passed out on the phone when I told her who was playing,” xMissLeex joked.
The native of Detroit who quit her job at the bank in 2015 to cam full time said “MyFreeCams is literally the best job I’ve ever had” and her first AVN week “has exceeded my expectations.”
“It’s overwhelming, but it’s been the best experience and I’m so happy that I made the decision to come,” she added.
So were her MFC sisters who were treated to not just a quick show by the chart-topping rapper Flo Rida, they got a whole concert.
Flanked by four sexy backup dancers, his DJ and vocalist Nikki Vianna, Flo Rida meant business from the moment he grabbed the microphone, performing more than a dozen hit songs and bumping and grinding with the MFC girls on stage and off during the high-energy set that lasted more than an hour.
Flo Rida tossed a dozen long-stemmed roses to the girls, passed around bottles of Patron and Ciroc and even pulled AVN Media Network CEO Tony Rios onto the stage for a wild duo performance of “My House.” At one point, Flo took off his oversized gold necklace and placed it around the neck of TripleDBabe, an MFC model from Vancouver, British Columbia, who said simply, “that was amazing.”
Flo Rida will return tonight to The Joint stage for the 34th annual AVN Awards Show at 9.
The Atlanta-based model BBW_Pebbles told AVN she was listening to Flo on Youtube before she got to the club, saying MFC has “stepped up their game a whole lot more.”
“In the past years we didn’t have all this,” said Pebbles, a model for seven years who formerly was an assisted living nurse. “We didn’t have all these private parties and stuff like that and all the swag they put out now. And I really appreciate that. This is my fourth convention with MFC. I always just come to Vegas.”
MollyPink10, a native of Northern California who has lived in Vegas for 14 years and cams part time in addition to being a “private stripper,” said she was attending her first show with MFC.
“Loved it,” MollyPink said. “They were really nice and for them to put all this on was amazing, like really.”
One of the days she was camming from the show Vegas Seven magazine snapped a photo of her.
“It’s just wonderful. You just have to find your little niche and be yourself,” MollyPink added.
Odd Rosebud arrived in town Monday night from her native Columbus, Ohio, where she’s been camming for more than a year. She already has traveled to Sydney, Australia, Chicago and Toronto with the MyFreeCams community, but this week marked the 21-year-old’s first time ever in Vegas.
“Oh my god it is complete pandemonium, so crazy, beyond any exhibition that I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few this past year,” said Odd Rosebud, whose cam name was her ex-boyfriend’s WiFi password. “It’s overwhelming. A lot to take in, but amazing. I got to meet a lot of new friends, a lot of new members. I have been camming from the floor and it’s been great.”
She said she likes how MFC “encourages friendships between the models.”
“They’re really supportive of the girls and I think it says a lot about the company,” Rosebud said, adding she plans to move to Miami in a month. “I like the area and like the people. And I like the weather.”
Speaking of first-time Vegas girls, Russian model Bunny Bubble also made her virgin trip to Sin City this week.
“I’ve been camming since 2010, seven years. But I didn’t know at the beginning that MyFreeCams is the place where any girl can introduce herself,” said Bubble, who lives in Moscow but has been staying in L.A. for the past two months. “It’s like a great opportunity to do what you want and get big money.”
Bunny said she has college degrees in medicine and hospitality & tourism and was working for a travel company before increasing her camming frequency about four years ago.
“I can say I’m really addicted—In a good way,” she said. “People judge models because people think it’s a limited thing, like you can only show your cleavage and you don’t have a brain; that’s only what you can do in your life and you can’t be creative. Luckily, I have two degrees from the university so I’m a well-educated person.
“But here I met so many very smart girls who made the job also on a very high level about the shows. They do good cam shows and how they promote themselves on social media, how they do interviews. Why I love MyFreeCams is because it’s not for silly people who don’t know what to do with their life. It’s exactly the opposite.”
Bunny Bubble hung out with Camilla Friis, a native of Bergen, Norway, who just started camming three weeks before the show.
“I’ve been stripping since three years back,” Friis, who has a degree in electrical engineering, told AVN. “And I just got into this because one of my friends recommended it. It’s easy to do in between stripping. That’s how I got into it and now I think I’m going to invest more in it because I’ve been here and seen everybody and seen what I can do and how fun it can be, too.”
Friis said she likes the individuality of the MFC community.
“I like the girls. The girls are really friendly and diverse, which I like because I think it adds a little like flavor to it all,” she continued. “It’s more interesting than if it’s just all the same. The staff has been really friendly, so that’s helps a lot, too.”
Now enjoying a leave of absence from her engineering job in Sweden, Friis is thinking about her next move.
“I think I might want to extend the leave of absence or even quit my job and just live here for maybe one or two years or so and see where it leads,” she said. “Not even see where it leads just do it for fun. Because I can engineer for the rest of my life. I can engineer when I’m 60. I can’t do this when I’m 60."
She added, “You kind of build your fanbase around your personality and your style more than your sexuality. Obviously your sexuality is a big part of it but the biggest part is how you frame your personality and what kind of image you have.”
