SEATTLE—Fleshbot parent company NSFW.Army announced Friday that it has acquired XCritic.com and merged it with flagship site Fleshbot.com.
“XCritic has been an invaluable industry resource with top-quality reviews,” a Fleshbot rep said. “So, XCritic merging with Fleshbot will only enhance the resources and the knowledge to take what has been built and make it even better.”
First launched over 20 years ago, XCritic.com was a popular adult movie website that focused on reviews, news, porn star interviews and more. With this merger, XCritic writers will continue to create new reviews on Fleshbot.com as well as release a monthly “XCritic Pick” and “XCritic Pick International” for both the straight and gay markets. Each “XCritic Pick” spotlights a series, scene or movie that stood out over the others.
The Annual XCritic Awards will also merge with the Fleshbot Awards, which aims to honor the best and brightest in the adult industry across all categories and genres.
