BARCELONA—ExoClick is launching a new service which it calls "Client Days," an initiative that gives non-account-managed advertiser and publisher clients an opportunity to obtain some expert advice via a 45-minute Skype call with an ExoClick Account Manager.
The first Client Days will be held the second and third week of November and will focus on video advertising. Because video is a very different style of ad format compared to display ads, many advertisers have problems in setting up in-stream video and video slider test campaigns and then optimizing those campaigns to generate higher conversions. Equally, publishers have problems optimizing their in-stream video and video slider ad zones to not only increase their CPM values but also significantly boost their revenues.

Client Days are on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to 10 non-account managed advertiser clients and 10 non-account managed publisher accounts. Languages available for advertiser account managers are: English, Spanish, French and German. Languages available for publisher account managers are: English, Spanish, Russian.

Clients should also include:
• Advertisers: a list of video campaign IDs you need help with.

Each entrant will be advised if they succeeded in getting a Skype call and a time slot for the call will be arranged. ExoClick will also advise clients that missed out on the Skype call and keep their details on file for future Client Days.
