DeeCash Acquires Mayors Money

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Mayors Money, an adult affiliate program, announced Wednesday it had been acquired by DeeCash.

The acquisition is the latest in a long line of purchases by DeeCash. In recent months, the company has purchased several other programs, including JoinRightNow, EliteDollars, EpicCash, JasonAndAlex and TripleXCash.

Terms of the deal between Mayors Money and DeeCash were not released.

In addition to acquiring a new program, DeeCash also gained a new employee: Jimmy, aka Wizzo, will move from serving as vice president of operations for Mayors Money to vice president of operations for DeeCash.

"This deal - for both Mayors Money and its affiliates - puts us in position to better be able to adapt, as we have for the past 12 years" Wizzo said. "We expect that having the resources and network that DeeCash has put into place will let us capitalize on those resources and remain a strong program for many years to come."

Wizzo said the two companies have done business on various levels in recent years, which made the acquisition seamless; the details were worked out in less than a month, he said.

"We knew that Dee [the owner of DeeCash] and Mayors Money carry a lot of the same values and ethics, so it made putting the deal together fairly simple and straight forward," Wizzo said.

Mike "Mayor" Strouse will serve as a consultant as needed, Wizzo said, but will no longer be involved in day-to-day operations of the company.
