Alex Jones, the far-right-wing radio and internet demagogue who has been praised as “amazing” by Donald Trump, and who has often devoted rants on his program InfoWars to attacking trans and gay people, apparently has a taste for trans porn performers himself.
Jones is perhaps best known for advancing the conspiracy “theory” that the 2012 schoolhouse mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut never actually happened, and that the schoolchildren killed in the massacre were actors. Jones is now being sued by parents of the Sandy Hook victims, who say that followers of Jones have harassed them and victimized them with death threats.
But Jones has also made a habit of attacking trans people, describing them as “super ugly” and “weigh[ing] 500 pounds.” He has also accused trans women of actually being gay men who “want to go get breast implants and doll your hair up” in order to seduce other gay men.
However, according a report by the LGBT news site Pink Nation, Jones accidentally exposed a trans porn website on his phone to viewers of his InfoWars program last week.
In between his right-wing extremist tirades and off-the-cuff conspiratorial theorizing, Jones advertises various “health” supplements on his InfoWars programs. During one recent show, according to Pink News, Jones held his smartphone up to the camera, to demonstrate how to use the website of one such sponsor.
But during the demonstration Jones, “accidentally hit the button to change tabs, opening up the list of other pages he had open. Among the tabs was one that appeared to show a pornographic video titled ‘Naughty Tbabe Mistress, ‘which features a transgender woman,” the site reported.
The video of Jones’ “accident” may be viewed at this link. The thumbnail image of the “Naughty Tbabe Mistress” video appears at the 0:36 mark. The screen quickly goes dark, but in the video at the link, the image is repeated in slow motion at the 1:01 mark, as well.
According to Pink News, “the clip stars Marissa Minx, who describes herself as ‘Australia’s #1 Trans Companion/XXXAdult Model’ on social media.”
In what appears to be another measure of Jones’ audience reach, the name "Marissa Minx" saw a sharp spike in Google searches on August 24, and another dramatic uptick on August 27, when online news sites began widely reporting on Jones’ apparent taste for trans porn. The full title of the video apparently viewed by Alex Jones is “Naughty tbabe Marissa Minx relieved of cock hunger by stud,” according to The Spectator magazine.
“I think it’s great he’s watching my work. I had heard of Infowars before,” the trans performer told The Spectator. “Hi Alex Jones! Happy to give you a free membership to my site, or maybe you could have me on your show for a discussion?”
"While I am always flattered by fans that watch my films, I'm also frustrated and saddened by the ones who choose to be hypocritical," Minx said. "Hope that Alex gets the help he needs because it's just unfortunate that people like this try to take down others because of their own issues. I'm an avid supporter of the LGBTI community and will continue to be."
"When you create quality content with quality performers, even the haters are going to watch it," opined Dan Hogue, director of operations with Transerotica, which runs the site MarissaMinx.com.
