Gay adult affiliate program YouLoveJack is sponsoring its first webmaster contest. The prize? A custom-made, one-of-a-kind 8GB iPod Nano.
All YouLoveJack webmasters are automatically eligible to win the iPod, which was designed in the color scheme (carbon grey and pink) of the YouLoveJack site. For every signup an affiliate sends during the contest period, his affiliate identification number will be entered into a random drawing.
Eschewing the “biggest fish” mentality of other webmaster contests, the lottery format will give all affiliates an equal shot at winning, according to YouLoveJack owner Karl Edwards.
“All of our webmasters are important to us, and this contest gives everyone a fair shot at the prize,” he said. “It’s possible to win anything by sending only a single signup to the site.”
The winner will be announced Jan. 2, 2007.
