CHICAGO - X Industry Jobs is offering $250 to every new candidate referred and hired for a job posted at the site from Oct. 9 to Nov. 9.
The offer applies to any new resume submitted during the promotion; "Refer a Friend" must appear in the subject line of the submission. The hire must hold the position for 30 days to receive the $250.
"We have met a need in the adult industry and saved our clients time and money when it comes to their hiring practices," said Eddie SVP of X Industry Jobs. "Jump on board. You can even refer yourself!"
X Industry Jobs is the adult industry's first online recruiting company.
The site aims to provide satisfying matches through its system for identifying, interviewing and verifying candidates for a company's hiring process. The company conducts candidate searches, gathers referrals, interviews and test candidates, and checks references on behalf of the hiring companies.
X Industry Jobs currently has more than 25 positions to fill in fields such as programming, design and marketing.
