Webmaster Access Celebrates Brand-New Site With 20% Discount

AMSTERDAM—Webmaster Access Europe 2015 has launched the site for its upcoming Amsterdam show, taking place September 18-20. To celebrate the new launch, the WMA team is offering a special 20 percent discount on registration from August 5-15.

The website, WebmasterAccess.com, sports a completely new, responsive device design and is home to a wealth of information for all participants, both attendees and sponsors.  From the daily show schedule of seminars, networking events, parties and dinners to a comprehensive list of attendees and sponsors, the show website was designed with participants in mind.

"We wanted to make a site where WMA participants could easily navigate to get ALL the show info in one place," said Jill Taylor, VP of marketing for AVN and WMA seminar coordinator. "With this in mind, we focused on a few core elements: responsive design, easy navigation and show information. Once the key factors were in place, we branched out from there and filled the site with a vast amount of show material. Our vision was to prominently showcase our sponsors (because without them, there would be no event!) while providing all the pertinent information our attendees require for a successful show."

The new WMA website features a navigation bar with drop-down menus to allow visitors to promptly locate the information they are looking for ... and much more. From left to right in the navigation bar, visitors will find:

• A direct link to reserve their hotel room at the discounted conference show rate

• The complete daily show schedule, also broken into specific categories for quick reference of events such as networking, educational, dinners and parties—and WMA's famous Bitches Biz Lounge

• List of Meet Market participating sponsors

• List of all participants, further broken into lists of attendees, sponsors and speakers

• Maps of show event locations, contact info, FAQs, an "About Us" section, and photos of previous shows

• Sponsorship Info

• A direct link to register—always linking to the best available rate at the time

• A link to the WMA Facebook page, where participants can keep tabs on show info, ask questions and communicate with one another

The site header features the WMA Presenting Sponsor, BitterStrawberry, as well as the Registration Sponsor, PussyCash. This section also showcases a daily countdown button—and for affiliates, the most important show link of them all: the link to the free affiliate registration form!

"There are a few new additions to the site this year, such as our blog, WebmasterAccess.com/blog, that provides news as it's released," Taylor continued. "Also, there is no show app this year, so we focused on responsive design because we know attendees need quick, easy access to show info on the fly while using their smartphones and tablets during show days."

This is also the first year the WMA website has added FAQ and About Us sections as well as a photos page, linking to photos from every previous year since 2004, courtesy of JFK & FubarWebmasters.com.

Taylor added, "We thought it would be interesting to include photos of WMA since it first began ... it's a nice way to reminisce and see how much the show has grown and changed over the last 11 years. We look forward to many, many more!"
