Adult DVD-rental site WantedList and Web magazine Fleshbot are asking users to submit funny moments from their experiences renting adult movies at a video store as part of a virtual photo essay of incredible “Video Store Moments.”
According to the press release, “[the companies] want to capture the most interesting moments and show the world what goes on inside their local adult stores.”
The experts at WantedList and Fleshbot will review the photos and post them weekly until the end of November. Pages will be updated regularly.
“We’re not out to ask people to break any laws or do anything illegal,” WantedList co-founder Anh Tran says. “If there are any issues with consent or explicitness of the photos, we’ll do whatever we need to maintain the intent of the photo while protecting the subjects within the photo.”
Fleshbot.com will be giving away T-shirts and DVDs to readers who vote on weekly pictures during regular mini-contests.
“The Video Store Moments” contest winners will receive the following: First place will win $1,000; second place will win $500 dollars; third place will win $250 dollars; and fourth place will win $100 dollars.
Submissions must be accompanied by a photo ID to go along with the photo of an in-store moment. Nudity is allowed with proper documentation.
