LOS ANGELES—Voting for the GFY People’s Choice Awards, to be held Jan. 13 during the upcoming Internext Expo 2014 in Las Vegas, has been extended through tomorrow, January 7. This action was taken because of the outage experiences by GFY.com last week and other circumstances.
Voting by industry members may be done here now.
"We have always aimed to make the GFY Awards all about the community,” said GFY Head Zookeeper, Eric Matis. “With GFY.com's recent downtime, many users were unable to vote and have their voices heard. In an attempt to make sure that no vote is missed, we have decided to extend the voting period for the GFY Awards till 11:59 PDT on January 7."
The 3rd Annual GFY People's Choice Awards ceremony will take place January 13, 2014 at Vinyl in Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. A debauchery filled After Party will follow.
