A new adult website has expanded into the realm of aural sex—SoundsDirty, a site tailor-made for visually impaired, has debuted.
SoundsDirty features erotic stories read aloud (by scantily clad women, for visitors who are not blind). Users also can listen to graphic descriptions of saucy photos. The site claims to have the best variety of audio porn on the Net.
For those who are not blind but are visually impaired, a zoom button lets them get up close and personal to the images. The site even provides subtitles on adult movies for deaf subscribers.
"We have heard all the jokes about going blind when you do certain things, but this is totally serious," said Lloyd Chambers, the brains behind the site. "We believe we have created the world’s first adult entertainment website [that] is genuinely accessible to all—not just those with disabilities.
"Lots of people take navigating the Net for granted but, for lots of people, it is not straightforward," Chambers added.
Up to 140 million people worldwide have difficulties using the Internet because they have visual or hearing impairments, and Chambers said he hopes to tap into this demographic.
Full membership of the site costs $20 per month.
