HONOLULU, Hawaii - Transsexual adult website Shemale Yum will celebrate its 10th anniversary in August with daily updates, competitions for DVDs and the introduction of special photo sets, memberships and memorabilia from models.
Shemale Yum was the first site Grooby Productions created for its transsexual-site network in 1997. It began as a free site with mostly amateur and user-submitted content; as traffic grew, it became an adult-verification-service site. Owner Steven Gallon then transformed it into the first transsexual pay site with original content.
Grooby Productions produces some of the most popular transsexual sites, as well as the AVN Award-nominated Shemale Yum Presents ... and Buddy Wood DVD series. Ladyboy-Ladyboy, Black-Tgirls, Brazilian-Transsexuals and Franks-Tgirlworld are among the sites Grooby Productions created over the past 10 years. The company updates weekly with more than one set a day and has more than 900 transgender models.
"Practically every U.S.-based transsexual model has appeared on Shemale Yum - many, including Allannah Starr, Joanna Jet, Wendy Williams, Khloe Hart and more, having their first exposure to the adult Internet on this site," Gallon said. "Recent shoots have included Yasmin Lee, Vicki Richter and Mia Isabella, although, arguably our strength is in new models previously unseen on the Internet or in video.
"We have a very clear road map of where we want to take Shemale Yum and all the sites," said he continued. "We've recently started shooting in [high-definition] and updated all cameras to improve the quality. We are having a fully customizable database built, so members will be more active on the site and be able to find exactly what they want among the masses of material we have, as well as share their preferences and favorite lists with other members.
"Shemale Yum will continue to seek out the newest models and the best content, yet continue to keep to our roots as a magazine-style site which has editorials and feedback between the webmasters, the photographers and the members. It's going to be very exciting."
