Sandee Cash offers a recurring 60 percent revshare and a 10 percent payout on sales from webmaster referrals. The program uses billing companies CCBill and Epoch.
Westgate said she will continuously add hosted picture and video galleries. The program also provides downloadable ZIP content that webmasters may use as they wish.
