HOLMDEL, NJ – Screw.com’s first-ever elimination football pool, nicknamed “Screwicide,” has claimed all contestants with the exception of Rob Murray. Murray will be awarded the $10,000 first prize January 2007 during the Internext trade show.
After several successful weeks of making non-repeated single-team picks, Murray was the sole remaining undefeated member of the Screwicide pool, edging out several hundred competitors. He correctly selected a winning team each week of the season while maintaining the minimum average threshold of 10 monthly joins to Screw.com through the site’s affiliate program, ScrewBucks.
Four other random webmasters from Screwicide’s Second Chance pool also won $1,000 each.
“We knew this was a tough pool,” said Internet Key Chief Executive Officer Hank Freeman. “Congratulations to Ramster for making all the right picks.”
Internet Key owns the exclusive marketing rights to Screw.com. For the past 10 years, the company has developed a line of adult affiliate programs including Sexkey, Mansites, and several others.
