Private Launches Comprehensive Traffic Platform

BARCELONA, Spain—Private Media Group has announced the launch of an ambitious new platform, which will manage and optimize the company's traffic across a large network of membership paysites. The membership platform complements other key distribution channels Private Media Group (PMG) now provides as part of its global content distribution and sales service, the company said in a press release issued Wednesday.

Online offerings will now center around three core properties: the paysite platform, the ecommerce platform and the mobile platform. Through a combination of acquisitions and custom software development efforts, PMG said it has been able to significantly expand its online infrastructure, and that the first properties to leverage the new offering will be the company's flagship membership site, www.private.com, and its affiliate program, www.privatecash.com.

Launched June 16, the sites have been completely overhauled following extensive feedback from the affiliate community to maximize conversion, retention and traffic. With the launch of the new membership paysite platform, PMG now claims to offer the most comprehensive internet marketing, sales and distribution solution in the adult market, fueled by a traffic network that the company has developed over the past 12 months.

PMG also has opened the membership paysite to major adult studios looking for an externally managed solution to maximize their online sales, with the platform able to be branded to each studio's requirements. Managed by Private, the membership platform offers daily updates of content, affiliate traffic from PMG's affiliate program, and a content delivery system that is optimized for traffic conversion. The company stressed that the platform’s flexibility will ensure that websites can be created quickly, at low cost and will be immediately integrated into the NATS system via Private's affiliate program.
