Premium Traffic Merges with Domain Development Corporation

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. - Premium Traffic announced Tuesday that it has merged with Domain Development Corporation.

Premium Traffic, one of the adult industry's largest domain parking, leasing and management programs, has begun merging its systems with those of DDC in an effort to enhance its product offerings and provide a comprehensive domain-management service. The merger is expected to yield "an improvement to client parking revenue and provide a development avenue that will make long-term sense for select premium domains."

"We believe that the combined offering of parking and premium name-development services is a winning combination and is in line with the evolution of the domain industry," a Premium Traffic representative said.

Premium Traffic said it will work to seamlessly transfer all existing clients to DDC.

While the majority of the transition will take place behind the scenes, the company said, domain owners are asked to change to DDC's domain-name servers at a later time. Clients will be sent complete instructions and new domain-name server requirements.
