LAS VEGAS - The Porn Poker Tour, which has become a staple at many of the top adult-industry events, opened Webmaster Access West on Nov. 14 with fun and excitement.
With poker on one side of the ballroom and an open bar on the other, attendees enjoyed a mix of dance and rock music, as well as karaoke.
"People always get excited about playing in a great poker event, and being able to play for free makes it even better," Netbilling President Mitch Farber told AVN Online. "Add in the elements of an open bar and great rock and dance music, and it is a mixture that can't be beat."
Thousands of dollars were given away to 10 winners, and first
prize was split among the three top players; the trophy went to the one who
drew the high card. Everything was provided by hosts DatingGold, eRevCard, IWantU, CamZ, Netbilling and Eroticy.
Farber thanked the sponsors for an event that "went off without a hitch."
Roger Montgomery, David "Scooter" Scott and Nader Fasheh tied for first place; the
trophy went to Montgomery.
The other winners were Mike Hawk, Kristi Mitchell, John Santuria, Jerry Lewis, Jimmy
Rock, Anton Akoplan and John Mauser.
"The competition was intense at the final table," Farber said. "Because of the very late hour, the top three decided to split the big money."
The next stop on the Porn Poker Tour will be in the Director's Suite at the
Palms Hotel in Las Vegas
on all three nights of Internext.
"Internext Porn Poker Tour events will all take place in the Director's Suite, with three nights of poker, music and free booze, all courtesy of our very special sponsors, the same of which sponsored the Webmaster Access event," Farber said. "As always, the sit-and-go tournaments will be free for all to play, with cash prizes and a grand prize to be given away."
