Phoenix Forum Golf Tournament A Success

PHOENIX - With more than 64 players from the adult industry participating, the 4th annual Phoenix Forum charity golf tournament presented by MatrixHD once again was a success, not to mention a great kickoff for the 2008 Phoenix Forum. Perfect 86 degree weather and no wind were just a few of the things that made this a must attend event for the Forum. Set at the picturesque ASU Karsten golf course, a putting contest sponsored by Diabolic Dollars started off the tournament, which was a best ball shotgun scramble.

CECash sponsored lunch and drinks for all the golfers and OC3 Networks

provided a Bloody Mary bar on the 10th hole to loosen all the golfers up a little.

With a number of cool contests and great prizes everyone was sure to have a great time. The end of the day brought a Happy Hour at the 19th hole sponsored by Commerce Gate and Video Secrets. The tournament was followed by an awards banquet sponsored by Matrix Content.

The runners up at this year's event were defending champions from last year: Chuck Tsiamis, Jeff Southworth, Bjorn Skarlen and Kyle. This year's new winners were the foursome of Dan Hogue, Shahan S, Mitch Farber and Chris Gonzales with an incredible 55!

This year's closest to the pin winners were Ardy A, Bob Fegan,

Christian Amico and Brad Taylor. Longest drive was won by Chris Gonzales and straightest drive by Karen Hale. The putting contest was won by Nick Mejillo.

Presenters were able to raise some money from this event as well for our three charities FSC, ASACP and Webmaster Toy Run.

This year's sponsors included Matrix HD, CECash, NetBilling, Matrix Content, Playboy Golf, Yappo Dollars, Video Secrets, Commerce Gate, Mansion Productions, Silvercash, Smashbucks, CCBill, Epoch, Diabolic Dollars, OC3 Networks, Encoding.tv, AVN Online, Fubar Times and XBIZ.

Special thanks to Sherri Dosen and the entire CCBill staff, ASU Karsten Golf Course, Stephanie Stone and Shelly Riley, and everyone who supported, played, donated to or sponsored this event.
