Networking Event to Hit London’s East End

LONDON - AOE-Webmasters and MOBX will hold their "Taking the East End - Doggy Style" event Tuesday, Oct. 16.

The event will take 70 webmasters and WAPmasters on a double-decker bus from central London to the historic East End, home of the Krays, Jack the Ripper, greyhound racing and the original underground gentlemen's club.

The evening will include stops at many well-known crime scenes, dinner, a question-and-answer session with the sponsors and racing at Walthamstow Dog Track. The bus will be equipped with wall-to-wall plasma TVs and include cabin-crew service; a shoot will take place on board.

"We intend to run more targeted and creative European webmaster- and WAPmaster-networking events like this one," said Jarvis Todd, director of AOE, World Telemedia and MOBX. "I'm certain that our sponsors and guests will have fun ‘doing the business' at this truly unique evening, and we're anticipating plenty of talk on how Web and mobile combine to enhance content, increase customers and generate new revenues."

The event will end with free drinks and live entertainment at a VIP party in one of London's most famous nightclubs.
