CHARLOTTE, N.C. - "The Best of Ramon Mendez," Alexander Pictures' two-part compilation of the star's work, now is exclusively available through NakedSword-AEBN.
The first part was released in early August, and the second part will be released on the theater network in early September. The film, produced in Argentina, arrives as Mendez makes plans to exit the business and pursue other interests, leaving a small body of work as his adult-film legacy.
"I had a conversation with [Alexander Pictures owner and producer] Alexander [Matunine] last October," said Chris Baker of AEBN. "We got to talking about how great it would be to have a film featuring Ramon Mendez that highlights his great career, and that's where it started. I didn't even know that Ramon was leaving at the time."
"Unfortunately, he is no longer working in [the] adult industry," Matunine said. "It was a pleasure working with him and having him as part of my company. He was everything that producers and fans could want on screen."
The compilation is the first in a series of "best of" films Alexander Pictures is producing exclusively for NakedSword-AEBN.
