VALENCIA, Calif. - NETbilling has made product enhancements to its transaction processing payment system to offer easier use by its merchants.
NETbilling now supports the ability to pass through currency codes along with transactions. The processor has many merchants that process and settle transactions in multiple currencies, taking advantage of the weak U.S. dollar.
"Merchant input has kept us on the forefront of innovation, and many of our upgrades and feature additions are attributed to this," said Jeremiah Lamborn, NETbilling's lead technical support specialist. "NETbilling continues to provide our merchants with the most sought-after tools to help maximize their profits and retain customers."
NETbilling has added newly formatted reports, including graphs, to its administration area, allowing merchants to better analyze their business in an easier-to-read format. The company has made enhancements to the membership reports and custom reports, adding the ability to save custom reports for future reference.
NETbilling also has added the ability to mark transactions as charge-backs, including newly detailed charge-back reports, and has made it possible to extract more data when using the User Scriptable Interface (affiliate link) API. NETbilling also can auto-import charge-backs for merchants using Humboldt bank and EPX, saving merchants even more time and money.
