LAS VEGAS - More domain names have been announced as contenders for the Live and Extended Adult Domain Auctions, presented by AVN Online. The live auction will take place from 3-6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009, during Internext Las Vegas.
Some of the premium domain names up for sale include FuckYou.com, Vixen.com, Squirting.com and NudePictures.com. Also included in the list is AdultContentForSale.com, which is a portfolio of 88 domains, including ClosetQueers.com, CoedBikiniModels.com, HighPricedEscorts.com and VegasStripJoint.com.
The Live and Extended Domain Auctions have become a staple at Internext events, with some major names earning big price tags. In recent auctions, big sellers included BJ.com for $200,000, TopModel.com for $117,650 and the SickSiteNetwork.com, a portfolio of sites, for $550,000.
"Domaining is a global industry that is bound to offer many exciting opportunities in 2009," said Renee Johnson, senior show manager for AVN Media Network. "We're excited to bring the live auction back to Internext and offer attendees the chance to participate, whether they are looking to buy, sell or park domains."
Following the live auction, several more domain names will be featured in the Extended Online Auction.
More than 2,000 high-quality domain values will go on the block for these auctions, with only 250 of the very best domains being showcased in the Premium Live Adult Domain Auction at the event.
Domain names for the Live Domain Auction will be accepted through Friday, Dec. 19.
All Internext attendees will be able to participate in the auction for free, but they must RSVP to obtain the proper bid authorization, bidder number and paddle. Those who register now are eligible for a chance to win a $200 voucher to use toward purchasing domains at the auction. Details are available on the website.
A real-time, secure online bidding application is also available to interested parties who will be unable to attend the auction in person. Absentee bids and telephone proxy bidding is offered as well.
