CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Moniker, a leading provider of domain asset management services, will host another live domain name auction of premium adult domain names at Internext Expo, the world's largest business-to-business online and digital media adult conference. The auction is set for 4-7pm Tuesday, Jan. 15, at The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The event will be one of several to close out Internext, which takes place Jan. 11-13, also at The Palms Casino Resort.
AVN Director of Licensing Farley Cahen and Moniker co-founder and CEO Monte Cahn promoted the auction and Internext event Wednesday on the free Internet radio show "Domain Masters" on WebMasterRadio.fm. A rebroadcast of the segment is available on the site.
During the Internet radio show, Cahen noted previous auctions held at Internext events have seen some interesting site names go for substantial amounts of money.
"Last year, we saw SheMale.com go for $525,000," he said. He also noted buyers at the live auctions include everyone from people with new money looking to make a dent in the adult online world, as well as old-school video producers who are using the Internet to keep their businesses viable in a technological age.

"This time, there will be more than 2,000 names to choose from [during the online auction], and more than 200 at the live auction," added Cahn.
Moniker was responsible for selling more than $20 million in adult-related domains in 2007 including the domains sold at both InterNext auctions last year.
This year, domain names such as BJ.com, Taboo.com, Bisexual.com, CelebTape.com, BondageDVDs.com and GothicDVDs.com are among the hot properties available for purchase.
