Michael Plant Named Penthouse Affiliate Manager

NEW YORK - Qwebec Expo founder Michael Plant was hired Monday as affiliate manager of Penthouse Partners, the affiliate program of Penthouse Media Group Inc.

"I am very excited about my new position with Penthouse," Plant told AVN Online on Thursday. "I have a long love story with them, since 1999. So when they approached me for the position, I was more than happy to take it. As an affiliate myself, I have seen firsthand the great conversions Penthouse offers, and I can't wait to begin helping webmasters make more money with Penthouse Partners. In my opinion, this is the best program out there."

Plant will maintain residence in Quebec and make frequent trips to Penthouse's offices in New York. He also will travel to the company's Los Angeles offices to oversee affiliate operations for Danni Ashe.

"Penthouse looks forward to seeing Michael develop and improve its affiliate offering and build bridges in the adult-webmaster community, in which Michael has been active since 1996," said Michael McNicholas, vice president of Penthouse Media Group's Internet Group.

Penthouse was building up its content when it started its affiliate program at the end of 2005, Plant said, and now the company is ready to further develop its affiliate program.

"I cannot give the details right now, but there are many exciting things coming up and a lot of big news," Plant said. "Webmasters will have way many more tools and more ways to make money with Penthouse Partners."
