LOS ANGELES - Mansion Productions announced a partnership with Phantom Frog, a password-protection system. Phantom Frog complements the affiliate-management software products that Mansion Productions offers with its MPA3.
"Password abuse is a concern for every professional in this industry," said Oystein Wright, chief executive officer of Mansion Productions. "It has the potential to undermine everything we do and directly sink earnings. With Phantom Frog, every MPA3 client—no matter the software they have in place—can cut it off at the root."
Phantom Frog features geo-IP tracking and automated member support. Instead of blocking an abused password, Frog automatically issues a new password to the valid member via email. This foils hackers without having to include a manual human interaction.
"This merging of our technologies provides a clear competitive edge to program operators," said Phantom Frog creator and President Bill Poutinen. "Adding Mansion provides tools [that] enable webmasters to maximize sales. Through its integration with MPA3, Phantom Frog provides 24/7, uninterrupted access to valid members. This empowers webmasters to maximize member retention."
Phantom Frog’s geo-IP installs in less than five minutes by adding a simple HTML tag. The introductory version of Phantom Frog monitors password abuse and provides email notifications. This can be done in conjunction with an existing protection system without disabling any software.
A free trial is available on the MPA3 website. Clients are eligible for a 20-percent discount.
